I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with ten years of experience providing clinical services to individuals and couples. I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, relational trauma, perinatal and postpartum mental health, and intimacy related concerns. I graduated with a Bachelors in Human Services and Psychology from Western Washington University in 2013 and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Idaho State University in 2016. I hold a certification in Perinatal Mental Health and have been trained in providing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time with my family. I value exercise, play, and lifelong learning.

Therapeutic Approach:

Do you find yourself feeling stuck in thinking about your past? Are there stories or experiences in your life you wish to share and feel safe and supported while doing so? Making mistakes and having regrets is a natural part of being human, but these experiences do not have to define you. It is my privilege to hold the weight of these stories and to process them with you so that you no longer feel the need to carry them alone. Together, we can work through experiences and the impact they have had on you in your life. You deserve to experience emotional clarity, health, and wellness.

I aim to establish a meaningful, genuine relationship with my clients. It is important for me to build trust and establish a sense of safety in the therapeutic relationship. It is truly an honor to hold clients' stories, foster resilience, and alleviate the weight of emotional challenges..

Dallas is a consultant and coach who works with individuals, leaders, and organizations seeking clarity, resilience, and sustainable growth. Dallas supports people in navigating complexity—both personally and professionally—with intention and confidence.

With a background that bridges operations, leadership, and human-centered problem solving. Dallas brings a practical, grounded approach to development work. His coaching style is thoughtful and direct, helping clients identify what is truly getting in the way, align their values with their actions, and move forward with purpose.

Dallas partners with leaders and teams to strengthen communication, improve decision-making, and address conflict in ways that build trust rather than erode it. Whether working with executives, emerging leaders, or individuals in transition, his work is rooted in the belief that healthy systems start with self-awareness, accountability, and meaningful connection.

At Opal & Oak, Dallas is committed to creating spaces where growth feels both challenging and supportive—where individuals and organizations can do the work required to lead well, collaborate effectively, and operate with integrity.

Outside of his consulting work, Dallas values family, time outdoors, and continuous learning. These values inform his approach to leadership and coaching: steady, curious, and grounded in what lasts.
