Meet the Team

Sally Bodkin, LCPC, PMH-C

Founder

I am a PMH-C certified therapist specializing in perinatal and postpartum mental health. I work with individuals navigating depression, relational trauma, and intimacy-related concerns, offering compassionate, evidence based support during some of life’s most tender transitions.

I graduated with a Bachelors in Human Services and Psychology from Western Washington University in 2013 and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Idaho State University in 2016. Outside of my clinical work, spending time with my family brings me immense joy. I value exercise, play, and lifelong learning.

Dallas Bodkin, B.S.

Co-founder

Dallas is a consultant and coach who works with individuals, leaders, and organizations seeking clarity, resilience, and sustainable growth. Dallas supports people in navigating complexity—both personally and professionally—with intention and confidence.

With a background that bridges operations, leadership, and human-centered problem solving. Dallas brings a practical, grounded approach to development work. His coaching style is thoughtful and direct, helping clients identify what is truly getting in the way, align their values with their actions, and move forward with purpose.

Dallas partners with leaders and teams to strengthen communication, improve decision-making, and address conflict in ways that build trust rather than erode it. Whether working with executives, emerging leaders, or individuals in transition, his work is rooted in the belief that healthy systems start with self-awareness, accountability, and meaningful connection.

At Opal & Oak, Dallas is committed to creating spaces where growth feels both challenging and supportive—where individuals and organizations can do the work required to lead well, collaborate effectively, and operate with integrity.

Outside of his consulting work, Dallas values family, time outdoors, and continuous learning. These values inform his approach to leadership and coaching: steady, curious, and grounded in what lasts.
